Atomoxetine Hcl is a non-stimulant medication prescribed to patients with ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder). Atomoxetine Hcl increases a chemical in the brain, norepinephrine, that is similar to adrenaline. As a result, Atomoxetine Hcl helps increase attentiveness and focus and relieves inattentiveness, hyperactivity, lack of focus, and impulse control typical of ADHD.
